SAI Chimie in GARDANNE, a laboratory at service of the perfume and cosmetic business, and food processing.  SAI Chimie is specialized in the chemical analysis of the natural products and of their drifts to check quality or perform technical studies and  projects of research and development.  Our customers are corporations of process industries (food processing, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and perfumeries), corporations of import/exports (numerous in Marseilles), co-operative and central buying office.

A team, a knowledge to analyze and develop was created in 1996, by the professor Michel DERBESY, doctor in Chemistry Sciences , SAI Chimie becomes quickly a performant laboratory of physico-chemical analysis at service of  industry and renowned by majors in  perfumery domains, cosmetic and food processing.  The professor DERBESY is part of numerous scientific committees at congress.  Today he participates in many scientific commissions as Expert.  He is attending the commissions AFNOR - essentials oils - fatty body - spice. He participates in the scientific and technical Commission of the perfumery in Grasses. Besides, he was during more than 10 years the president of the Corporation of the chemist experts in France.

Strong of this experience and of these knowledge, SAI Chimie has built a strong efficient team :

 an engineer in analytical Chemistry M.PORTELLI (Person in charge of the laboratory),

 a doctor in sciences M.BELABBES (specialist oil some essential) 

 a superior technician Miss ROMETTE (specialist fat body et liquorice)

 a superior technician M.DARASSE (vanilla specialist).

Reactivity, adaptability, the precision of analysis and the result interpretation are the strong points of our team.  Voluntarily specialized in analytical targeted domains, SAI Chimie can reply under short delays to its customers for the routine analyses.  The analyses are carried out according to the protocols existing:  AFNOR – Pharmacopea…et the laboratory is currently in an accreditation process with the COFRAC.
